When we found two rolls of fire hose being thrown out, we saw a wealth of uniquely durable material ready for a second life. Made out of a rectangle with the exact width of the hose, this pouch is patterned to be nearly zero-waste. Its long spiraling zipper adds an unexpected twist to a traditional pencil case. Each pouch is unique.
SOURCING
Fire Hose pulled from a dumpster and washed. Plastic Coil Zipper inherited from Jerry Kraynick. Loops made from scraps of waterproof TPU from a previous project.
