Created from imperfect pieces of hardwood and discarded US Steel pallets from Pittsburgh, the Nomadic Stool prompts an active seating position suited for focused tasks. Its tension based design allows for assembly and flexible transportation, without compromising its rigidity. The seat is inspired by the webbed seat of canoes and the joinery draws from a historic Moravian design. The Nomadic Stool breathes life to its industrial roots, reimagines traditional constructions, and is built to last a lifetime.
SOURCING
